BAWANG

busuk!!pedih nose ak dok menahan bau bawang ptg nie
ak pon masak jugak bile ujung2 mggu macam nie,,tp xde la menusuk kalbu bau nye,,
pedih mata,,berair hidung,,can't stand with this smell,,,huh!
phobia tul la ngan bau mcm nie,,arghh!!let search about onion..hurm,,

#onion is from genus Allium and of course from kingdom of plantae. 
#when we slice it, the cells will be broken and allowed enzymes called allinases to break down amino acid sulphoxides and generating sulphenic acid.
#this enzymes rapidly rearranged by a second enzyme, called the lachrymatory factor synthase or LFS, giving syn-propanethial-S-oxide, a volatile gas known as the onion lachrymatory factor or LF.
#The LF gas diffuses through the air and eventually reaches the eye, where it activates sensory neurons, creating a stinging sensation
#Tear glands produce tears to dilute and flush out the irritant.
# Chemicals that exhibit such an effect on the eyes are known as lachrymatory agents.
